Why do job search algorithms are not at par?
I am very much upset the way jobsite's algorithm is working now. There are options available on jobsites for filling your qualifications but sites algos are not proper working. We are getting the matching job profiles available in database according to individual. But after applying to job, we are not getting notifications of today's jobs or tomorrows. we should also get notifications of matching job profiles posted recently. These are forcing candidates to search manually and filter out the jobs. What i m really care about that jobsites also should distinguish among companies as sometimes while searching a job, we don't get the job of high profiled companies and we miss them.
